Sales Manager (Female Candidates Only)

Division: Sales | Type: Full time | Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities

Design and implement sales strategies for the team and allot work to the team members accordingly.
Prepare and announce the monthly targets and incentives.
Coach and mentor sub-ordinates and ensure that they achieve their monthly targets.
Achieve individual as well as team targets for the month.
Make accompanied calls with junior team members (BDE/Sr. BDE/KAM).
Schedule and organise weekly trainings and meetings with team members to ensure everyone achieves his / her target.

Education

Preferably a postgraduate in marketing from a recognized institute or university.

A graduate from a recognized institute or university in any discipline.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years of work experience in sales and man management in any sector, advertisement space selling would be an added advantage.
